Benji Reid Masterclass

Hip Hop theatre pioneer Benji Reid presents an exciting and motivating masterclass in physical theatre, a rare opportunity to learn from an innovative, world-renowned performer.
He will be teaching an introduction to physical theatre, demonstrating how movement can be used as a tool to express character, exploring gesture and providing insights from his own artistic journey.
From European Body-Popping Champion and co-choreographer for Soul II Soul to Hip Hop theatre pioneer, Benji has worked with a number of highly regarded companies including Trestle Theatre, David Glass Ensemble and Black Mime and, since forming his own physical theatre company Breaking Cycles, he has presented sell out performances at National Theatre London, Sydney Opera House and PS 122 in New York.
These workshops are ideal for anybody who has an interest in theatre and performance and would like to discover new techniques of expression.
